Delivery Method & Refunds
As our products are not shipped, all delivery will take place through email or via the methods requested by you, the customer. All products are guaranteed received to your satisfaction by the time limit listed with the product itself, and viewable at the time of purchase.
Your payment for our ready-made services will be processed via Simplify Commerce, provided by Mastercard, or via PayPal, depending on your selection. Your payment for Custom Services can be accepted only via PayPal. Payment for services is required in advance, and we do not accept payment by check or cash.
Regarding cancellations, you may cancel your order at any time prior to the remittance of the edited document to you. You will receive a full refund for your cancelled order.
Regarding refunds, we guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If, within 60 days of receipt of our services, you find yourself displeased or unsatisfied with the work we’ve done for you, merely email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the editor with whom you’ve worked and we will process a refund via your method of payment within 72 hours. So as to improve our services going forward, and attempt to resolve any issues you may have, we may request that you provide an explanation for why you wish to receive a refund, though your response to this inquiry is optional.
